Attitude
- We want our raid and our guild to remain positive, friendly and progress driven in its mindset and we expect all our members to act accordingly and not belittle others. We do appreciate frustrations can arise and we ask should you have any you raise this with an officer rather than popping off in someone’s dms. This goes for any feedback and suggestions you may have, we love to hear them! Lets just keep it format appropriate please <3
Attendance / Punctuality
- Our expected attendance rate for raids is 90%
- If you need to miss a raid, let us know in advance, as early as possible, a week is better than a day, anything less than 48 hours without a valid emergency is untenable.
- Raids are listed at 20:00 server time
- Invites begin 15 minutes prior to this, this allows us to form the group, summon everyone, clear trash, set up consumables and be ready to pull the first boss.
- The first boss pull should be happening at 20:00.
- Being late causes 19 other people to have to wait for you and raid delays and this is not fair on others.
We will be keeping track of this and regularly reviewing absence and lateness moving forward.
Preparation
For the tier the guild will provide all consumables for raids, this will be funded by a 50/50 split of BoE’s and potentially a late tier boost (please see consumables for more info).
You are expected to bring / do the following for the season, this hasn't changed but for clarity it is:
- Fully gemmed
- Fully enchanted
- Proactively gear your character outside of raid via m+ etc in order to keep up with the rest of the team. (There are many people doing keys weekly so the opportunity is there. We have several mains who have been with us for most of the season and still have upgrades they can get from gilded crest upgrades etc by farming 8s for example.)
