A mythic raiding team typically consists of a 20-player roster, but we aim for a core team of 25-30 to allow flexibility and accommodate for absences, raid composition needs, and progression demands.
We maintain a bench roster of 3-5 players who are equally capable of stepping in if needed. These players will rotate into progression fights as required based on encounter needs and performance. Being benched is generally not a punishment. We will always try to explain why we come to the decision to sit someone for a specific fight and endeavour to clear all bosses with all raiders on progress or farm.
