As a mythic raiding team, our goal is to achieve Cutting Edge (CE) while fostering an environment where every raider enjoys the journey. We believe that progression and enjoyment are not mutually exclusive. Our team thrives on challenge, collaboration, and the shared pursuit of excellence.

1. Commitment to Progression
   • Dedication: Every raider is expected to bring their best self to each raid night. This means showing up prepared, both mentally and with consumables, gear, addons, and an understanding of the boss encounters.
   • Improvement: We constantly seek to improve, individually and as a team. Mistakes are part of the process, but we aim to learn from them, evolve, and adjust swiftly.
2. Teamwork & Collaboration
   • Synergy: We succeed as a team, and everyone has a part to play. Communication and trust between raiders are essential to tackling challenging content. This is especially important in mythic where precise mechanics and synergy between classes are critical.
   • Feedback: Constructive feedback is key to improvement. Whether it’s from raid leadership or a fellow raider, we embrace it with the goal of bettering ourselves and the team. Criticism should always be delivered with respect.
3. Raider Enjoyment
   • Positive Atmosphere: Progressing through mythic content can be intense, but it doesn’t need to be stressful. Our goal is to keep a light-hearted, respectful, and inclusive environment where raiders enjoy each other's company while staying focused on the task at hand.
   • Work-Life Balance: WoW is a passion, but we understand that real life comes first. We encourage a balance where raiders can commit to progression without feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.
4. Preparedness & Accountability
   • Preparation: Each raid night is valuable, and we rely on every raider to come prepared. This means researching strategies, knowing your role in every encounter, and optimizing your class/spec for the current meta.
   • Accountability: If someone is underperforming or consistently not following mechanics, it’s important they take responsibility and actively work to improve. In return, the team supports them in this process.
5. Roster Flexibility & Inclusivity
   • Class Flexibility: To achieve CE, flexibility is essential. Raiders are encouraged to have a solid off-spec or an alt ready to help meet the team’s needs.
   • Inclusive & Diverse: We celebrate diversity within our team and make sure every raider feels respected and included. Toxicity, discrimination, or harassment will not be tolerated in any form.

Raider Expectations

• Raid Schedule: We expect 90% attendance during scheduled raid times. If you cannot make it, timely communication is essential.
• Performance: Maintaining a high level of performance is required. This includes meeting DPS, healing, and tanking benchmarks appropriate for mythic content.
• Raid Role: Know your class inside out and be able to adapt to different raid mechanics. Whether it’s soaking, interrupting, or handling specific duties, everyone’s role is crucial.
• Attitude: Approach raids with a problem-solving mentality. Wiping is part of progression; focus on improvement rather than frustration.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Clear Communication: Raid leadership will provide clear goals, expectations, and strategies for each encounter. We aim to minimize confusion and ensure each raider knows their responsibilities.
• Raid Strategy: We value input from the team but will have a clear strategy outlined by the raid leader/officers. Adaptability is key as we fine-tune our approach.
• Fairness & Roster Decisions: Our leadership will make roster decisions that prioritize progression but are always transparent and fair to ensure long-term enjoyment and trust within the team.
